Zugriffsdaten

Diese Website setzt keine Tracking-Cookies und keine Analyse-Dienste Dritter ein. Cloudflare verarbeitet technische Zugriffsdaten (IP-Adresse, Zeitpunkt, Seite) für Betrieb und Sicherheit. Ein IP-Zähler begrenzt Formular-Sendungen, Buchungen und Buchungsabfragen; er liegt in der unten beschriebenen Cloudflare-KV-Datenbank und verfällt nach höchstens einer Stunde. Ihr Browser speichert die Sprachwahl und die Auswahl im Workflow-Check (localStorage) sowie Formularentwürfe mit Kontaktdaten und Markierungen für unklare Sendevorgänge (sessionStorage). Entwürfe bleiben in der Tab-Sitzung und werden nach erfolgreichem Senden gelöscht; unklare Vorgänge bleiben bis zur Klärung markiert. Ungesendete Entwürfe werden nicht hochgeladen. Angaben im Sparpotenzial-Rechner und Workflow-Check werden nicht an uns gesendet. Beim Teilen per E-Mail öffnet sich Ihr eigenes E-Mail-Programm. Buchungs-ID und Terminzeit bleiben zur Wiederherstellung der Bestätigung lokal gespeichert, bis Sie stornieren oder die Buchungsseite nach dem Termin erneut öffnen. Sie können alle lokalen Einträge über die Website-Daten Ihres Browsers löschen. Beim Senden wird die gewählte Sprache Teil Ihrer Anfrage.

Kontaktformular

Angaben, die Sie über das Kontaktformular senden (Name, Firma, E-Mail, Telefon, Branche, Interesse, Nachricht, gewählte Sprache, die Herkunfts-Domain der verweisenden Seite ohne Pfad sowie das aus der IP-Adresse abgeleitete Herkunftsland), werden ausschliesslich zur Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage verarbeitet. Sie werden bei meinem Auftragsbearbeiter Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) in Cloudflare Workers KV gespeichert. Cloudflare ist unter dem Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert; ergänzend gelten Standardvertragsklauseln. Die Daten werden dabei in den USA und, durch die weltweite Replikation von Cloudflare Workers KV, in weiteren Staaten gespeichert, in denen Cloudflare Rechenzentren betreibt. Ihre Anfrage wird zusätzlich unmittelbar nach Eingang per E-Mail an mich weitergeleitet (Cloudflare Email Routing; Weiterleitung an ein Postfach bei Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, zertifiziert unter dem Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Diese Benachrichtigungs-E-Mail verbleibt in meinem Postfach und wird dort spätestens 12 Monate nach Eingang gelöscht, sofern nicht ein Auftrag zustande kommt. Die Daten werden spätestens 12 Monate nach Eingang automatisch gelöscht, sofern nicht ein Auftrag zustande kommt – dann gelten die Fristen des Auftrags.

Ausser an die oben genannten Auftragsbearbeiter (Cloudflare, Inc. für die Speicherung; Cloudflare Email Routing und Google LLC, USA, als mein E-Mail-Anbieter für die Beantwortung) erfolgt keine Weitergabe an Dritte. Es findet keine Nutzung zu Werbezwecken und keine automatisierte Einzelentscheidung statt.

Terminbuchung

Buchen Sie über deeplogicworks.com/book einen Termin, wird zur Durchführung des Termins Folgendes gespeichert:

• Name und E-Mail-Adresse
• Firma, Branche und Ihre Beschreibung (freiwillig)
• Telefonnummer (freiwillig, ausser bei der Gesprächsart «Telefon» – dort ist sie zur Durchführung des Termins erforderlich)
• die gewählte Gesprächsart (Telefon, Video-Call oder vor Ort in Zürich) und der gewählte Termin
• das Paket, zu dem Sie den Termin buchen (Gratis-Analyse, Prozess-Workshop, Aufbau + Pilot oder Betrieb) – aus dem Link übernommen, den Sie auf der Startseite angeklickt haben
• die Herkunfts-Domain der verweisenden Seite, ohne Pfad (leer, wenn Sie direkt hierher gekommen sind)
• die gewählte Sprache und das aus der IP-Adresse abgeleitete Herkunftsland

Die Speicherung erfolgt wie oben beschrieben bei Cloudflare, Inc. in Cloudflare Workers KV (USA und weitere Staaten mit Cloudflare-Rechenzentren, Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework und Standardvertragsklauseln). Die Buchung wird per E-Mail an mich weitergeleitet (Cloudflare Email Routing; Weiterleitung an ein Postfach bei Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, zertifiziert unter dem Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

Die in Cloudflare Workers KV gespeicherte Buchung wird 180 Tage nach der Buchung automatisch gelöscht. Die Benachrichtigungs-E-Mail verbleibt in meinem Postfach und wird dort spätestens 12 Monate nach dem Termin gelöscht, sofern nicht ein Auftrag zustande kommt – dann gelten die Fristen des Auftrags.

Zur Begrenzung der Terminbuchungen pro Person wird zusätzlich ein pseudonymer Prüfwert (SHA-256-Hash) Ihrer E-Mail-Adresse gespeichert – die Adresse selbst nicht. Der Prüfwert bleibt als Pseudonym ein Personendatum: wer eine bestimmte Adresse kennt, kann damit prüfen, ob sie an diesem Tag gebucht hat; weitere Angaben sind mit ihm nicht gespeichert. Er wird am Ende des Kalendertages (Zürcher Zeit) automatisch gelöscht. Es wird kein externer Kalenderdienst eingebunden.

E-Mail an mich

Schreiben Sie mir direkt an hello@deeplogicworks.com, wird Ihre Nachricht über Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) an ein Postfach bei Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) weitergeleitet; beide sind unter dem Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert, ergänzend gelten Standardvertragsklauseln. Verarbeitet werden die Angaben, die Sie selbst in der Nachricht machen, samt Absenderadresse und den technischen Kopfzeilen der E-Mail. Die Nachricht verbleibt in meinem Postfach und wird dort spätestens 12 Monate nach Eingang gelöscht, sofern nicht ein Auftrag zustande kommt – dann gelten die Fristen des Auftrags. Eine Kopie in Cloudflare Workers KV wird dabei nicht angelegt.

Rechtfertigung der Bearbeitung

Die Bearbeitung ist durch die Beantwortung Ihrer Anfrage, die Durchführung des von Ihnen gebuchten Termins und die Vertragsanbahnung gerechtfertigt (Art. 31 Abs. 2 lit. a DSG); die kurzzeitige Verarbeitung der Zugriffsdaten dient dem sicheren Betrieb der Website.

Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 25 DSG), auf Datenherausgabe und -übertragung (Art. 28 DSG), auf Berichtigung (Art. 32 Abs. 1 DSG) sowie auf Löschung und Untersagung der Bearbeitung (Art. 32 Abs. 2 DSG). Access data

This website uses no tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Cloudflare processes technical access data (IP address, time, page) for operation and security. An IP counter limits form submissions, bookings and booking look-ups; it uses the Cloudflare KV storage described below and expires within one hour. Your browser stores the language choice and selections in the workflow checklist (localStorage), form drafts containing contact details and markers for uncertain submissions (sessionStorage). Drafts remain in the tab session and clear after a successful submission; uncertain outcomes remain marked until resolved. Unsent drafts are not uploaded. Inputs in the savings calculator and workflow checklist are not sent to us. Sharing by email opens your own email application. A booking ID and appointment time remain locally for confirmation recovery until cancellation or your next visit to the booking page after the appointment. Browser site-data controls can remove all local entries. When you submit, the chosen language becomes part of your request.

Contact form

Details you send through the contact form (name, company, email, phone, sector, interest, message, chosen language, the origin domain of the referring page without its path, and the country of origin derived from your IP address) are processed solely to answer your request. They are stored with my processor Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) in Cloudflare Workers KV. Cloudflare is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses apply in addition. The data is thereby stored in the USA and, because Cloudflare Workers KV replicates globally, in further states in which Cloudflare operates data centres. Your request is in addition forwarded by email to me immediately on receipt (Cloudflare Email Routing; forwarded to a mailbox at Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). That notification email remains in my mailbox and is deleted there no later than 12 months after receipt, unless an engagement follows. The data is deleted automatically no later than 12 months after receipt, unless an engagement follows – in that case the retention periods of the engagement apply.

Apart from the processors named above (Cloudflare, Inc. for storage; Cloudflare Email Routing and Google LLC, USA, as my e-mail provider for answering your request), the data is not passed on to third parties. It is not used for advertising and not subject to automated individual decisions.

Appointment booking

If you book a time at deeplogicworks.com/book, the following is stored in order to hold the meeting:

• name and email address
• company, sector and your description (optional)
• phone number (optional, except for the “phone” channel, where it is required to hold the meeting)
• the chosen meeting channel (phone, video call or on site in Zürich) and the time you picked
• the package you are booking the meeting about (free assessment, process workshop, build + pilot or managed operation) – taken from the link you clicked on the home page
• the origin domain of the referring page, without its path (empty if you came here directly)
• the chosen language and the country of origin derived from your IP address

Storage is with Cloudflare, Inc. in Cloudflare Workers KV as described above (USA and further states with Cloudflare data centres, Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). The booking is forwarded by email to me (Cloudflare Email Routing; forwarded to a mailbox at Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework).

The booking stored in Cloudflare Workers KV is deleted automatically 180 days after the booking. The notification email remains in my mailbox and is deleted there no later than 12 months after the appointment, unless an engagement results – in which case the engagement’s retention periods apply.

To limit the number of appointments per person, a pseudonymous check value (SHA-256 hash) of your email address is additionally stored – not the address itself. As a pseudonym this value is still personal data: someone who already knows a particular address can use it to test whether that address booked on that day. No other details are stored alongside it, and it is deleted automatically at the end of the calendar day (Zürich time). No third-party calendar service is embedded.

Email to me

If you write to me directly at hello@deeplogicworks.com, your message is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) to a mailbox at Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA); both are certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses apply in addition. What is processed is whatever you put in the message yourself, together with your sender address and the technical headers of the email. The message remains in my mailbox and is deleted there no later than 12 months after it arrives, unless an engagement results – in which case the engagement’s retention periods apply. No copy is created in Cloudflare Workers KV.

Justification of processing

Processing is justified by answering your request, holding the appointment you booked and preparing a contract (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a Swiss FADP); the brief processing of access data serves the secure operation of the website.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 25 FADP), to data release and portability (Art. 28 FADP), to rectification (Art. 32 para. 1 FADP), and to erasure and prohibition of processing (Art. 32 para. 2 FADP).
